This isn’t a typical model home visit. On Saturday, October 17, join us at Olde Bulltown Village to see the community while it’s actively being built. You’ll walk two homes currently under construction and see the progress happening throughout the neighborhood. You’ll also tour Lots 31 and 27 with the builder. These are the final two available homesites on the outer loop bordering French Creek Golf Club. Additional homesites remain available elsewhere in the community, and we’re happy to show you those, too.

The Final Two Homesites on the Outer Loop
Lots 31 and 27 are the last two available homesites on the outer loop that border French Creek Golf Club. Lot 31 has 22,354 sq. ft. and Lot 27 has 27,613 sq. ft. Both combine golf course frontage with the cobblestone streets, period-style streetlights, and 19th-century charm that define Olde Bulltown Village. Tour both with the builder on October 17 and talk through what your custom home could look like there. Once these two are gone, outer-loop homesites along the golf course will be sold out. Other homesites remain available throughout Olde Bulltown Village, so if the outer loop isn’t the right fit, we’ll walk you through the other options.
